Here's what I've been working with lately:
We’ve been writing content for our website with a specific workflow,
and it’s been working really great.
+1M impressions generated each month
We wanted to share that workflow.
We are totally open about changing the tools we use, but these ones have done the job so far.
here we go.
Keyword Searching
This is where everything starts.
Sounds obvious, but using the right keywords is essential to reach the correct readers.
You need to know what the best keywords are for your thing.
That’s what we use Perplexity for.
We’ve been using it to search for keywords and analyze our competitors to find out what’s actually ranking.
It’s simple:
- Open Perplexity
- Ask: "What keywords about [topic] are my competitors ranking for?"
- Or: "Give me 10 high-volume keywords about [topic] with search intent"
and then it comes out with a list of the best keywords for that specific subject and how our competitors are using it.
Now when we start writing, we know where to aim and how other businesses are doing it. No more starting from scratch.

but, that’s not all of it.
Writing
For this, we use NeuronWriter.
It’s an AI tool that optimizes your content with the best SEO possible.
Before, we didn’t ACTUALLY know what was going to work.
We just did our best to fit in all the keywords, images and related stuff possible. Hoping that some of that ranked our content.
Now with AI, well, it has changed a bit.
Now we have tools that analyze competitions, score your SEO and help you rank better.
There are other ways of doing this, and other tools.
This is just the one we’ve been using.
It’s way easier to start a blog post with all that information already.

(Note: we are also using SurferSEO, which does the same thing as NeuronWriter. Both pretty similar, use what suits you best)
Images
Images are a big part of blog posts. Google loves them.
Trying to find the perfect images takes time, energy, and it’s usually just horrible.
You just want to find something that fits, that’s it.
So here are some of the tools we use to create images.
DALL-E, Midjourney, Ideogram
all famous ones.
Each blog post has 3-10 images and you normally spend hours searching for the right ones
now, it all takes just a few minutes.
Scale
Once you figure out the workflow, you can automate it.
We use n8n for that.
n8n connects all the other tools to each other, and runs them automatically.
You give it a topic, or even a keyword and it calls Perplexity, tells it to run a keyword research then it passes it all to NeuronWriter, which creates the optimized blog post
then it calls whatever tool to create the image, and finally publishes the blog on your website.
Simple as that.

we went from 4-5 blog posts a month to +50 a month, but you can do +50 a week.
of course, the content needs to be good.
You still have to do research, fact checking and add value to the reader's life.
But it is way faster now.
Before AI, you had to do hours of keyword and competitor research, now you can just focus on the writing itself.
You can put all your attention on bringing something different.
